yoga trip to Austria, Sankt Wolfgang at Lake Wolfgangsee from Saturday, 07. October to Friday, 13. October 2017 In the idyllic alps of Austria with a fantastic few at the nature of the lakes and mountains we are going to work at the 5 elements.
We explore them with Hatha Yoga lessons and we also cook with the elements. A cook workshop will complete the stay.
Massages, walking and hiking tours as well sauna sessions will spend us the possibility to relax and to get away from the stressful everyday live.
